Clients must always sign in and out of the visitor book provided at the building when using a booked space. The community  reception desk on the first floor will issue the key for the booked room and any required fob or code needed to access necessary areas of the building once the client has signed in. Clients must lock the room and return the key to reception at the end of the booking when signing out.   If a room booking falls outside the reception opening hours the building security guard will be advised in advance and shall give the client access to the room and lock the room at the end of the booking.
