Clients must always sign in and out of the visitor book provided at the building when using a booked space. For spaces booked on the ground floor, the  reception desk will issue the key for the booked room once the client has signed in. Clients must lock the room and return the key to reception at the end of the booking when signing out. For spaces booked on the second floor clients must report the the community reception desk on that floor to sign in and collect the key along with any reqired fob needed to access necessary areas of the building. The key must be returned to that reception at the end of the booking when signing out.  If a room booking falls outside the reception opening hours the building security guard will be advised in advance and shall give the client access to the room and lock the room at the end of the booking.
