On arrival at the building all clients are to sign in using the signing in system (visitors book provided)  also enter their vehicle  registration on the iPad in the front entrance or main reception areas  to all buildings

Please can all clients attending appointments please report to the front Building which is the main reception. Could all teams inform the reception desk if they are waiting for appointments to arrive to direct them to the correct areas.

All clients arriving at Block A (Old Building) please can you ask them to use the correct Buzzer provider on the intercom

To all Staff using Townend Court to facilitate their appointments and need access to Block A (Old Townend Court) please report to the main reception providing your booking reference and ID we will then provide you with the door number to gain access. This number is only for staff and not for clients use.. 

Please can you make sure all windows and blinds are closed and lights are turned off at the end of your booking. .
