On arrival at the building all staff are to sign in using the signing in system and report to the main reception. Keys for the booked room will be issued by the reception located on the ground floor at the main entrance to the building, your existing staff fob will provide access around the building and to staff areas. At the end of the booking the room must be left clear and tidy, the door locked and the key returned to the reception.
